The number one seed, Claire Fahey last won the title in 2017 in upstate New York at the Tuxedo Club.
Claire has defended her World singles title four times and is already a modern “great” in the game (the forerunner of lawn tennis) which traces its history back over 500 years beyond Henry VIIII and the Stuart kings from Scotland.
Claire’s championship profile is exceptional.

As of February 2017, the Faheys had taken over the running of the Prested Hall Real Tennis club, combining their training focus with their ambition to run a successful & thriving Real Tennis Club.
